Best walmart we've been into! This store is always clean, stocked and organized! Staff is always friendly, down fall if your there in the early hours there is no staffed line, it's all self check out. We had a cart with over 50 items and who in their right mind wants to scan all those items with knowing your gonna need help with a few items. Other than that we love this store and will continue to shop here, prices WAY CHEAPER than windixy, publix or any other store. We only buy our food here!!!
Pathetic, the service they provide at this Walmart is of absolutely no use at the time of paying, there is not even a cashier who can assist you, the self-service machines and the barcode handle device do not work and we had to lift all the cases of water and weighed items manually 30 MINUTES IN A LINE AS YOU CAN SEE THE TOTALLY ABSURD VIDEO, you only have 1 item, 15 or 100 you must do the line. PATHETIC MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
Worst customer service at this store. The employees in the tire center either don’t speak English or they have no sense of humor. This is honestly the worst Walmarts in Lee County. The manager wouldn’t sell me the tires I wanted because he said they didn’t have any. Funny thing is I called yesterday and made sure they were I. Stock. Liars, Thieves and attitude.This parts changer named Luis is rude

As a Walmart+ member if I go to the store I always have received a pretty good treatment by the Manager. However, 85% of the time that I place orders online I have an issue that usually ends in an order cancellation and if you try to reach them by phone they do not answer and lead you directly to a voice inbox that no one answers.
Only reason why this review gets any stars at all is because they have a decent selection of products inside. Parking lot situation is terrible. Always a long line to get out. There’s only one exit that gets you out to six mile cypress that takes you to a stop sign that meets up with lots of traffic from the adjacent shopping plaza. There are shopping carts everywhere including blocking the reservation spaces for grocery pickup. Speaking of which, non grocery pickup shoppers are always parking there and do their shopping in The store and taking up the reserved spaces for actual eligible people. I’ve also had bad experiences with waiting an extremely long time for my grocery pick up just to find out there was already Marked picked up and the lady that was out giving groceries did not even speak English.
